William "Mack" Barker

William R. (Mack) Barker of Boles, Arkansas passed from this life, Thursday, January 7, 2016 in Nashville, Tennessee. Mack was born July 19, 1955 to Lone Barker and Mildred (Simkins) Barker in Mena, Arkansas. Mack was 60 years, 5 months and 19 days old.

Mack enjoyed fishing and learning about geology and rock collecting. His favorite past time was music and playing his guitar. Mack also loved spending time with his family and making memories to treasure.

Mack leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife, Sandra Barker of the home, step children: Brandon Ebaugh of Maize, Kansas, Dana Bivens of Hazeville, Kansas and step grandchildren: Hannah Ebaugh, Samuel Ebaugh and Brayden Ebaugh. Mack will forever remain in the hearts of his sisters: June Horton of Greenwood, Arkansas, Patsy Slagle of Boles, Arkansas, and brothers: Lloyd (Bub) Barker of Boles, Arkansas, Bill Barker of Boles, Arkansas, and Robin Barker of Waldron, Arkansas. Mack will be missed by all that knew him and the many whose lives he impacted, including and extended family of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and loved ones all dear to his heart.

Mack was preceded in death by his parents: Lone and Mildred Barker, and one sister, Roseann Isham.

Mack's life celebration will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Waldron, Arkansas with Rev. Pat Ray Biggs officiating. Interment will be in Dooley Cemetery near Waldron, Arkansas. Arrangements and cremation are being entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory in Waldron, Arkansas.
Mack's visitation will be Tuesday, January 12, 2016 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home.
