Nell Balentine Frizzell

Nell (Balentine) Frizzell of Roland, Oklahoma(formerly of Waldron, Arkansas) went to be with her Lord and Savior, Wednesday, November 4, 2015 in Fort Smith, Arkansas surrounded by her loving family. Nell was born May 19, 1928 to Joseph E. Balentine and Mattie Bell (Carpenter) Balentine in Waldron, Arkansas. Nell was 87 years, 5 months and 16 days old. She was a member of Freedom Freewill Baptist Church in Freedom, Arkansas.

As a vibrant young lady, Nell Balentine met the love of her life, Reno B. Frizzell. In 1947 they married in the Waldron First Church of the Nazarene. After a while they moved to Arizona where they lived and began raising their two cherished sons. Later they were blessed with two precious daughter in laws. Nanny enjoyed being outside, either working in the flower beds or as some call it "therapy" mowing. She lived for the time to spend with her family. Taking care of her family was what Nanny loved. She cherished each and every one and the memories made will always be treasured.

Nell leaves behind to cherish her memory, one son, Danny Frizzell and wife Vickie of Muldrow, Oklahoma, and one daughter in law, Swanna Frizzell of Waldron, Arkansas. Nanny will forever remain in the hearts of three grandchildren: Lacey Keith and husband Tim of Muldrow, Oklahoma, Amber Frizzell and Adam Frizzell both of Waldron, Arkansas and one great grandchild, Tracey Keith. Nell will be missed by all that knew her and the many whose lives were impacted by her including an extended family of nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones.

Nell was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 64 years, Reno B. Frizzell, her parents, Joseph E. and Mattie B. Balentine, one son, James Frizzell and one brother, James O. Balentine.

Nell's celebration of life service will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 7, 2015 at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas with Rev. Mike Galinato officiating. Interment will follow in the Duncan Cemetery in Waldron, Arkansas. Arrangements are being entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas.

Nell's pallbearers will be Larry Robertson, Bill Lane, Larry Dyer and Tim Keith.

Nell's visitation will be Friday, November 6, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas where Nell's family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
