James, had a smile to light up a room. Everyone he met always enjoyed being around him, for James always had a story to tell. He worked for Tyson and was a rancher. He welcomed the opportunity to be outside bailing his square bales of hay. He wouldn't have it any other way. He enjoyed working in his garden and being with his family. A family man to say the least, he was dedicated and lead by example. Time spent with each of his grandchildren and great grandchildren was most precious to him. He especially enjoyed every opportunity for a family gathering to make everlasting memories. James' legacy will be carried on for years to come by the love and compassion shown within his family.

James leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife Nona Wagner of the home, three daughters: Sharon Earls and husband Donnie, Kathy Powell and husband Ronnie and Judy Hitchcock and husband Mike, one son, Robert Wagner and one step daughter, Janice Isham all of Waldron, Arkansas. Paw James will forever remain in the hearts of his 15 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. James is also survived by one sister, Madie Plum of Waldron, Arkansas.
