Crystal Lynn Slater of Mansfield, Arkansas went to be with her Lord and Savior, Sunday, February 8, 2015 at her home. Crystal was born April 4, 1979 to Marilyn Sue Balentine. Crystal was 35 years 10 months and 4 days old. Crystal was of the Non-denominational faith.
Crystal leaves behind to cherish her memory, one son, Darren Slater of Waldron, Arkansas; mother, Marilyn Frazier and Steve Godfrey of Waldron, Arkansas, step father, Neil Frazier of Alma, Arkansas; maternal grandmother, Lela Martin, one sister, Elizabeth Frazier of Alma, Arkansas; two brothers, Neil Frazier, Jr. and Nelson Frazier both of Alma, Arkansas. Crystal will be missed by all that knew her and the many whose lives were impacted by her including a large extended family of nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones.
Crystal was preceded in death by her grandfather Bill Balentine; aunt, Christena Hodges, great-grandmother, Tennie Starr; and great grandfather, Wayne Balentine.
Crystal's life celebration will be Thursday, February 19, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Waldron, Arkansas with Rev. Mike Jordan, officiating. Interment will follow in the Buggy Hill Cemetery in Mansfield, Arkansas. Arrangements are being entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory in Waldron, Arkansas.
Crystal's pallbearer will be Darrin Slater, Mark Balentine, James Parks, Mason Carroway, Kyle Akins, and, Russell Powell.
Crystal's visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory in Waldron, Arkansas.
