Bill Murray of Waldron, Arkansas went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, surrounded by his family, Thursday, August 13, 2015 in Waldron, Arkansas in his home. Bill was 86 years, and 12 days old.
In 1949, Bill graduated from Watts High School in Watts, Oklahoma with a total of nine classmates. December 21, 1950 Bill married his high school classmate and sweetheart Anna Lou McCoy. Together they started their life in Mena Arkansas. They moved to Waldron in 1966. Bill and Anna Lou enjoyed dancing together. The Waltz being Bill's favorite, they probably danced a thousand miles together. Bill loved his family and he enjoyed dancing, riding horses and working on guns.
Those left to cherish the memory of Bill is, one son, Johnny and wife Sandy of Waldron, one sister in law, Sharon Bales of Oloogha, Oklahoma. Bill also leaves to cherish his memory one niece, Maryann Stanley and husband Rick of Oloogha, Oklahoma, one step grandson Matt Taff of Waldron, Arkansas, one step-granddaughter, Casie Akins and husband Tyson of Waldron, Arkansas and one great granddaughter, Daisy Akins of Waldron, Arkansas, as well as many other family members and friends.
Bill's life celebration service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 15, 2015 at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Waldron, Arkansas with Rev. Charles Whedbee officiating. Interment will follow in the Square Rock Cemetery near Waldron, Arkansas. Arrangements are being entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory in Waldron, Arkansas
Bill's visitation will be Friday, August 14, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas.
