Walter Franklin Frazier of Waldron, Arkansas (formerly of Woodland, Mississippi) passed from this life, Tuesday, July 26, 2022 in Waldron, Arkansas with loved ones by his side. Walter was born September 2, 1941 in Skeen, Mississippi to Walter Boyd Frazier and Eunice Irene Gracie (Boyd) Frazier. He was 80 years old.

Walter was a lever man for a dredging company for many years. He liked motorcycles and loved reading. He enjoyed watching sports especially when his favorite Mississippi State Bulldogs were playing. Walter's true passion was being surrounded by his family and spending time with them.

Walter leaves behind to cherish his memory his children: Julia Dukes (Albert) of Avon, Mississippi, Mary Newman (Larry Junior) of Waldron, Arkansas, Walter Eugene Frazier off Waldron, Arkansas, Willie Frazier (Sarah) of Pocahontas, Arkansas and Robert L.C. Lumpkin of Elizabeth, Mississippi as well as one sister, Mary Cooper (Bill) of Glen Allen, Mississippi. Papaw will forever remain in the hearts of 13 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Walter will be missed by all that knew him and the many whose lives he impacted including an extended family of friends and loved ones.

Walter was preceded in death by his wife Frankie Mae, his parents Walter and Eunice, grandsons: Albert J.R. Dukes and Kyle Bryant and great grandson Xavier "Zae" Brown.

Walter's family held graveside ife celebration will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 30, 2022 at the Odd Fellows Cemetery in Aberdeen, Mississippi.
