Terry Biggerstaff

Terry Lamont Biggerstaff of Blue Ball, Arkansas went to be with his Lord and Savior Friday September 14, 2012 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Terry was born March 4, 1951 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Homer Romane and Wilma (Grantham) Biggerstaff. Terry was 61 years, 6 months, and 10 days old. Terry was a member of the Tatetown Community Church. Terry was a U. S Marine Veteran. His hobbies included deer hunting, fishing and gardening. Terry could make plants grow on rocks. But, above all Terry loved his family, most of all his grandchildren. Terry leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife Patsy (Millard) of the home, seven children, Amanda Biggerstaff of Van Buren, Arkansas, George ?Clay? Mitchell of Lavaca, Arkansas, Katherine Mitchell Morton of Bentonville, Arkansas, James Mitchell of Marlow, Oklahoma, Tanya Johnson of Vian, Oklahoma, Terry Charles Biggerstaff of Vian, Oklahoma, Fred Bowen Jr. of Cedarville, Arkansas; and 8 grandchildren. Terry is also survived by two brothers, Sammy Biggerstaff , Robert Tindall; and his extended family, Terry Griffis, Tim Arnold, Tracy Miller, Trina Bickford, Tammy Hibbard, Travis Arnold; 13 extended grandchildren; 11 extended great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Terry is preceded in death by his parents, Homer and Wilma Biggerstaff; his first wife, Mi Ling Biggerstaff, one son, Terry Eng; and an infant daughter; one sister Cricket Tindall; and two brothers, Jackie Tindall and Billy Biggerstaff. Terry?s life celebration will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday September 17, 2012 at the Tatetown Community Church with Rev. John Hale and Rev. James Mitchell, officiating. Interment will follow in the Hunt Cemetery in the Tatetown Community. Arrangements are being entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory in Waldron, Arkansas. Terry?s pallbearers will be Keith Briggerstaff, Stephen Biggerstaff, David Bowen, Amanda Biggerstaff, Michelle Mitchell, and Tommy Joe Griffis. Honorary pallbearers will be Tim Church, Dale Hargrove, Dewayne Moncier, John Dobbs, Allan Johns. Terry?s visitation will be Sunday, September 16, 2012 from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas. Terry?s family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m at the funeral home.
