Stephen D. ?Steve? Meagley, 61, of Waldron, Arkansas passed away Thursday, May 21st in a Little Rock, Arkansas hospital.
He was born September 27th, 1947 in Hancock, New York, the son of Augusta (Meagley) Olsen.
He was a U. S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War, attended the Jubilee Church in Waldron, Arkansas and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and family.
Steve is survived by his wife of 31 years, Terry Meagley of the home; two daughters, Nacole Walls and her husband Billy of Roanoke Rapids, NC, Whitney Scott and her husband Justin of Waldron, Arkansas; a son, Nick Meagley of Gilmer, Texas; a daughter at heart, DeAnna Wagner and her husband Larry ?Goob? of Waldron, Arkansas.
He is also survived by his mother, Augusta Olsen of Walton, New York; two brothers, Paul Olsen of Walton, New York, Tim Stewart of Walton, New York; one grandson, Zackary Scott; three granddaughters at heart, Nikki Gunn, Shae Wagner, Jaylee Wagner; three grandsons at heart, Johnny Wagner, Dakota Wagner, and Jordan Wagner.
Steve was preceded in death by one brother, Bill Stewart, and two sisters, Pamela Monk and Clara Pardee.
Steve?s memorial service will be Saturday, May 23rd at 11:00 a.m. at the Jubilee Church with Rev. Mike Jordan, and Bro Roy Hanson officiating, with a private family service to follow under the direction of the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home of Waldron, Arkansas.
