Sondra Morgan, 70, of Boles, Arkansas passed from this life Saturday, August 14, 2010 in a Fort Smith, Arkansas hospital.
Sondra was born July 16, 1940 in Mena, Arkansas to the late William Calvin Lawrence and Verba Mae (Gordon) Lawrence. She was a homemaker.
Sondra is survived by her husband of 50 years, R. F. ?Buddy? Morgan of the home; two daughters, Angela Tallmadge and husband David of Boles, Arkansas, Rebecca Billings and husband James of Waldron, Arkansas; one son, James Ray Morgan of Boles, Arkansas; one grandson, Gus Billings of Waldron, Arkansas.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Gordon; and a son George.
Sondra?s funeral service will be 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 17, 2010 at the Buffalo Cemetery with Rev. J. A. Hunnicutt, officiating. Interment will follow in the Buffalo Cemetery in Boles, Arkansas. Arrangements are being entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory in Waldron, Arkansas
Sondra?s pallbearers will be James Billings, Bobby Payne, Dub Rose, Ron Bruton, Dean Heath, II, and William Lee Alston.
Honorary pallbearers will be Richard Cagle, Jim Isham, Jimmy, Johnny, and Mike Burnett.
Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday, August 16, 2010 at the funeral home. Sondra?s family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
