Sheryl Lynn Gassen passed from this life, Friday, March 14, 2014 in Waldron, Arkansas. Sheryl was born January 28, 1964 in Passaic, New Jersey to Dennis James McIninch and Zelda Sue Sunderman. Sheryl was 50 years, 1 month and 14 days old.
Sheryl loved to cook and to quilt, work in her flower beds and garden. She enjoyed being outside and messing with her chickens. Sheryl was a home health nurse and was truely passionate about it. Most of all she cherished the time spent with her grandchildren and family.
Sheryl leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband Reyna of the home, one daughter, Allyssa Moore and husband Shawn of Waldron, Arkansas, one son, Joseph Martin II of Waldron, Arkansas. Nanni will be missed by her grandchildren, Lydia Moore and Shane Moore. Sheryl will forever remain in the hearts of her mom, Zelda and stepdad Nick York of Valley Springs, California, one brother Dennis McIninch of Napa, California, one half brother, Ryan McIninch of Belmar, New Jersey and one half sister, Shannon McIninch of Point Pleasant, New Jersey. Sheryl is also survived by one, brother in law and sister in law, Mike and Joyce Slover of Pleasant Hill, Missouri and one brother in law, Paul Gassen of Higginsville, Missouri. Sheryl will be missed by all that knew her and the many whose lives were impacted by her including many family members across the United States, and numerous social networking friends around the world.
Sheryl is preceded in death by her father, Dennis McIninch and one brother, Shawn Sunderman.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements and cremation are being entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory in Waldron, Arkansas.
