Rose Marie Baum

Rose Marie Baum of Y-City, Arkansas, formerly of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, passed from this life, Monday, February 17, 2014 in Y-City, Arkansas, surrounded by her loving family. Rose was born July 7, 1946 to Harry Heriegel and Mary Langenstein in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Rose was 67 years, 7 months and 10 days old. Rose attended St. Agnes Catholic Church in Mena, Arkansas. She was a devout Catholic and strong in her belief.

Rose was a CNA for many years. She enjoyed working in the nursing home and helping people. In her spare time, Rose enjoyed a variety of hobbies including: ceramics, playing bingo and going on cruises. Rose loved more than anything her family. The time she spent with her children and grandchildren were priceless memories held very dear to her heart.

Rose leaves behind to cherish her memory, one daughter, Angelique (Angie) Richardson of Y-City, Arkansas, one son, Irvin H. Baum Jr. of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, four sisters: Joyce Mikolawski, Lois Barte, Dina Vernitsky, and Marie Laurence all of Pennsylvania, as well as four brothers: Billy Heriegel of New Jersey, Harry Heriegel, Herbie Heriegel and Paul Heriegel all of Pennsylvania. Rose will forever remain in the hearts of her 15 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Rose will be missed by all that knew her and the many whose lives were impacted by her including her many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and loved ones.

Rose is preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Mary Heriegel, one daughter, Roseann Beck Artuso and one son, Charles Earl Beck Jr.

Rose's funeral will be at 4:00 p.m. Thursday, February 20, 2014 at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas with Father Ravi Gudipalli officiating. Arrangements and cremation are being entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory in Waldron, Arkansas.

Rose's visitation will be Thursday, February 20, 2014 from 3:00 p.m. until the funeral hour at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas.
