Phillip Kyle Butler, 20, of Fort Smith, Arkansas formerly of Waldron, Arkansas passed away Friday, July 3, 2009 in a Fort Smith, Arkansas Hospital.
Phillip was born May 11, 1989 in Waldron, Arkansas the youngest son of Coy and Jerri (Buffington) Butler.
He loved computers, and was a graduate of Waldron High School in 2007.
Phillip is survived by his parents, Coy and Jerri Butler of Waldron, Arkansas, one step-brother, Michael Butler and wife, Lisa of Booneville, Arkansas; two brothers, Corey Lynn Butler of Waldron, Arkansas, Carl Butler and wife Nora of Ft. Smith, Arkansas.
He is also survived by his maternal grandfather, Joe Buffington and wife, Adelle of Booneville, Arkansas; one niece, Aubrey Butler of Waldron, Arkansas; two nephews, Jace Butler of Waldron, Arkansas, Carl Lee Butler of Oklahoma, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Phillip?s funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 7, 2009, at the Waldron Pentecostal Church of God with Rev. Rickey Hunt, Rev. Leroy Bass, and Rev. H. E. Porter, officiating, with interment in the Union Hill Cemetery in Union Hill, Arkansas. Arrangements have been entrusted to Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas.
Phillip?s pallbearers will be David Lee Cole, Vincent Jones, David Jones, Chris Hatfield, Randy Butler, and Ralph Butler.
Phillip's visitation will be 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday, July 5, 2009 and 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday, July 6, 2009 at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home.
