Pansy Ellen Plummer went to be with her Lord and Savior, Tuesday, December 24, 2013 in Waldron, Arkansas. Pansy was born June 30, 1919 in Tate, Arkansas to Thomas Taylor and Maude (Preston) Taylor. Pansy was 94 years 5 months and 24 days old. Pansy was a lifetime member of the Waldron First Baptist Church in Waldron, Arkansas. She enjoyed the being a member of the Golden Rule Sunday School Class.

Pansy Ellen Taylor married the love of her life, Denver Plummer, at a young age. Together they shared 72 wonderful years. They raised a beautiful family and enjoyed all of their precious grandchildren. Pansy was a lifelong resident of Scott County Arkansas. She has seen many changes come and go. She was a book keeper for Denver all the years he owned and operated the Exxon Service Station down town. She was a quilter and loved to sew. She enjoyed the large family get togethers at holidays with extended family and was known for her "Polaroid Moments" by everyone.

Pansy is survived by one son, Denver Paul Plummer and wife Reita of Waldron, Arkansas. Granny Plummer will be forever missed by her grandchildren: Kyle Gilliam & wife Jackie of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Blaine Gilliam & wife Laura of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Mark Plummer & wife Angie of Sheridan, Arkansas, Jon Plummer of Lexora, Kansas, Paula Snodgrass of Sheridan, Arkansas and Craig Holmes & wife Terri of Pearcy, Arkansas. Granny Plummer will also be missed by 11 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren. Pansy is also survived by one brother, Robert Taylor and wife Fern of Farmington, Arkansas. Pansy will be missed by all that knew her and the many whose lives were impacted by her including her many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, friends, loved ones and special friends of The Golden Rule Sunday School Class.

Pansy is preceded in death by her husband of 72 years, Denver Plummer, one daughter, Brenda Joyce Gilliam, one son, Eddie Maurice Plummer and one son -in-law, Gary Gilliam, three brothers, Glen Taylor, Henry Taylor and Wendell Taylor.

Pansy's life celebration will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 28, 2013 at the Waldron First Baptist Church with Rev. Ken Overturf officiating. Interment will follow in the Sehorn Cemetery near Waldron, Arkansas. Arrangements are being entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory in Waldron, Arkansas.

Pansy's pallbearers will be Blaine Gilliam, Kyle Gilliam, Kirby Gilliam, Craig Holmes, John Ray Williams and Dewight Taylor.

Pansy's visitation will be Friday, December 27, 2013 from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas where Pansy's family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
