Nathan Ray Brown

Nathan Ray Brown of Waldron, Arkansas went to be with his Lord and Savior, Thursday, October 9, 2014 in Fort Smith, Arkansas surrounded by his loving family. Nathan was born July 8, 1973 to Johnny Ray Brown and Cathy Woodard Nichols in Mena, Arkansas. Nathan was 41 years, 3 months and 1 day old.

Nathan was a devoted father and a loyal friend to many. He was always there for anyone who needed anything. Nathan was also a golf enthusiast. He really enjoyed the game.
Nathan leaves behind to cherish his memory, three children: Payton Brown of the home, Devon Brown of Russellville, Arkansas and Jayleigh Brown of Booneville, Arkansas. Nathan will forever remain in the hearts of his father, Johnny Brown and stepmother, Debra, grandmother, Ledora Martindale, three sisters: Carrie White, Andi Bearden and Brooklyn Martin and one brother, Mickey Brown. Nathan will be missed by all that knew him and the many whose lives were impacted by him, including his girlfriend, Heather Cairns, two nieces, Brittany Frayer, and Asheilgh Brown and one nephew Seth Frayer, a large extended family, many friends and loved ones.

Nathan is preceded in death by his mother, Cathy Nichols, maternal grandparents, Vernon & Verlia Woodard, paternal grandfather, Ercle Brown, one brother, Micheal Nichols and a son Trevor Brown.

Nathan's life celebration will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 11, 2014 at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Waldron, Arkansas with Rev. Donnie Wagoner officiating. Interment will follow in the Square Rock Cemetery in Waldron, Arkansas. Arrangements are being entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas.

Nathan's pallbearers will be Dave Tull, Brandon Brown, Jackie Moore, Shane Brown, Heath Owens, Daniel White, Austin Hunt and DJ Pyles. Honorary pallbearers will be David Moore, Bim Woodard, Gary Woodard, Josh Miner, and Robert Riddle and his uncles.

Nathan's visitation will be Saturday, October 11, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas.
