Nancy Jaylene Forrest, 43, of Waldron, Arkansas passed away Friday, May 15th , in a Fort Smith, Arkansas hospital.
Nancy was born in Waldron, Arkansas on November 24th, 1965, the daughter of Everett and Ruthie (Tucker) Forrest.
Nancy leaves in this world one son, Brandon Kelly Hawthorne of Waldron, Arkansas; one daughter, Janie Lynn Hawthorne of the home; two granddaughters Miriah and Eimili Hawthorne.
She is also survived by her parents Everett and Ruthie Forrest of Waldron, Arkansas; one brother Stanley Forrest and his wife Mary of Waldron, Arkansas; two sisters Barbara Leeann Forrest of Waldron, Arkansas, Shelba Mullins and her husband Mark of Hope, Arkansas; four nieces, Wendy and her husband Richard Vaught, Misty Forrest, Amanda and her husband Brandon Mack, Caitlin Mullins; one nephew, Bryan Forrest; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and a good friend Nobel Frayer.
Nancy is preceded in death by one brother, Jimmy Darrell Forrest; maternal grandparents Fred and Annie Tucker, paternal grandparents, John and Myrtle Forrest.
Nancy?s funeral service will be at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home Chapel at 4:00 P.M. on Monday, May 18th, with Rev. Rickey Hunt officiating with interment in the Duncan Cemetery under the direction of the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas.
Visitation will be 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Saturday, May 16th, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday, May 17th, 2009 and 8:00 a.m. to the funeral hour Monday, May 18th, 2009 at the funeral home.
Nancy's family will receive friends and family at the funeral home Sunday, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m..
Pallbearers will be Wade Frayer, James Allen, Tom Kluck, James White, Robert Wagner, Terrell Lee Roberson.
Honorary pallbearer will be Robert Frayer.
