Mary Lou Wilson of Olio, Arkansas went to be with her Lord and Savior, Sunday, January 27, 2013 in Olio, Arkansas. Mary was born November 10, 1934 to Roy Brians and Loreeta (Stubblefield) Brians in Charleston, Texas. Mary was 78 years, 2 months and 17 days old. Mary worked for many years in the accounting department for Appliance Buyers Credit Corp. in Dallas, Texas. She retired to come to Scott County where she and her husband entered back into the work force raising chickens for Tyson Foods. Retiring once again, Mary loved to read, work puzzles, quilt, work in her flower beds, and visit with people. Mary was known within the family as a Mt. Dew woman. She loved it and wouldn?t drink anything else. It?s been said she was a very strong willed lady which contributed to her character as a fine person. Mary loved her family and was proud of each of them. Mary leaves behind to cherish her memory, two daughters Candice Prather of North Richland Hills, Texas and Sandra Pirkle of Texas. Grandmom will be forever missed by her four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Mary is also survived by one sister, Joyce Simmons of Texas. Mary will be missed by all that knew her and the many who?s lives were impacted by her including a host of nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones. Mary is preceded in death by her husband, Ray Wilson, parents, Roy and Loreeta Brians and one brother, Gary Brians. Mary?s life celebration will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, January 31, 2013 at the Mt. Moriah Church in Haletown, Arkansas with Rev. David Hines officiating. Interment will follow in the Union Hill Cemetery in Union Hill, Arkansas. Arrangements are being entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory in Waldron, Arkansas. Mary?s pallbearers will be Russell Hayden, Ernie Hayden, Butch Morgan, Mel Keener, Chad Strunk and Terry Owens. Mary?s visitation will be Wednesday, January 30, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas where the family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
