Marek Brodie Irvin from Waldron, Arkansas, passed from this life June 23, 2013 in Waldron, Arkansas. Marek was born December 11, 2010 to his parents Jaime and Jonathon Irvin. Marek was 2 years, 6 months, and 12 days old.
Marek was always happy and full of hugs and had a puckered up kiss for everyone. For Marek?s young age, he was very smart, full of curiosity, and wanted to do everything by himself. He had a tremendous love of super hero?s and knew every one of them by name. Like his super hero friends, his ?squaddies,? he was fearless and always ready to climb anything.
Marek leaves behind to cherish his memory his mom and dad, Jaime and Jonathon Irvin of Waldron, Arkansas; two sisters, Makenzy and Addie; and one brother, Drew, all of the home. He will be forever missed by his maternal grandparents Russell Sims of Boles, Arkansas; Brenda and Dale Charlson of Waldron, Arkansas; as well as John and Vickie Irvin of Mansfield, Arkansas. Marek is survived by his maternal great grandparents Donna Sims of Waldron, AR; Jerry Don and Thelma Hall of Y-City, Arkansas; and Leta Stanley of Mansfield, Arkansas. Marek is also survived by one uncle, Josh Sims and wife Jessica of Waldron, Arkansas; and one aunt, Courtney Graves and husband Mike of Muldrow, Oklahoma. He will be missed by a host of more aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family that loved him very much. He will also be missed by a huge spiritual family.
Marek?s life celebration will be held Friday, June 28, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah?s Witnesses in Waldron, Arkansas with Brother Hank Hopkins officiating. Interment will follow in the Chant Cemetery near Y-City, Arkansas. Arrangements are being entrusted to Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory in Waldron, Arkansas.
Marek?s pall bears will be Josh Sims and Adam Hecox.
Marek?s visitation will be Thursday June 27, 2013 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home.
