M. Yandell

Rev. M. C. Yandell, 81, of Waldron, Arkansas passed from this life Saturday, November 13, 2010 at his home. M. C. was born June 25, 1929 in Nola, Arkansas to the late Frank and Liddie (Beard) Yandell. He worked most of his life in the sawmill and timber industry he became a Christian at the age of 16 and surrendered to preach in 1957. M. C. is survived by his wife whom he married March 30, 1949, Fern (Ison) Yandell of the home; one daughter, Jeanetta Easley and her fiancé Gerard Hauck of Krebs, Oklahoma; three sons, Harold Yandell and wife, Tharon of Hot Springs, Arkansas, David Yandell and wife, Saprina of Waldron, Arkansas, Mike Yandell and wife, Lisa of Waldron, Arkansas; nine grandchildren, Bruce Yandell, Angela Ward, Trent Yandell, Kayla Yandell, Summer Watkins, Chase Easley, Sierra Waddle, Jessilyn Yandell, Ethan Yandell; seven great-grandchildren, Kim Ward, Brianna Ward, Bryce Yandell, Jayla Yandell, Caleb Whorton, Haven Watkins, Paisley Easley; and numerous relatives, and friends. M. C. is also survived by one sister, Freda Carter; and one brother, Opal Yandell. He is preceded in death by one sister, Renee McConnell; two brothers, Kenneth Yandell and L. C. Yandell. M. C.?s funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at the Waldron First Assembly of God Church with Rev. Donnie Wagner, and M. C.?s children, officiating. Interment will follow in the Friendship Cemetery near Waldron. Arrangements are being entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory in Waldron, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be Bruce Yandell, Trent Yandell, Chase Easley, Ethan Yandell, Bryce Yandell, Jake Waddle, Stan Cotrell and Ryan Roper. Honorary pallbearers will be Tully Works and L. D. Yandell. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday, November 14, 2010 at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m..
