Judith Branstetter

Judy Elizabeth Branstetter of Waldron, Arkansas passed from this life, Monday, April 15, 2013 in Waldron, Arkansas. Judy was born December 6, 1938 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma to Jesse Earl Dodd and Alene Bertha (Rhodes) Dodd. Judy was 74 years, 4 months and 9 days old. Judy was a woman of many pleasures. She enjoyed many activities such as animals, especially cats, painting, books, movies and music. Judy also loved to do crafts and bird watching. In 2008 Judy was named Waldron Nursing Center Queen. Judy was a joy to be around even though her health was not always good. Her main objective was to add a little sunshine to everyone she was around and brighten everyone's day. Judy leaves behind to cherish her memory, one daughter Sonja Lowry and husband David of Waldron, Arkansas. Judy will be missed by all that knew her and the many whose lives were impacted by her including a host friends and loved ones. Judy is preceded in death by her husband Virgil Branstetter, mother Alene Smith and one brother, Michael Dodd. Judy?s family would like to thank Mercy Hospital and Waldron Nursing Center for all your wonderful care and love given to Judy. Arrangements and cremation are being entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory in Waldron, Arkansas.
