Mr. John Wesley Miller, 67,of Needmore, AR. passed away Sunday, November 2nd, 2008 at home.
He was a U. S. Navy veteran and retired from Tyson Foods.
John was born in Parks, Arkansas on May 14, 1941, the son of Jennie E. Miller of Needmore. He was preceded in death by his father, Wesley Reuben Miller and a step brother Darrel Lee Evans.
John is survived by a son, John Wesley Miller Jr., his mother, Jennie (Hansard) Miller of Needmore, Arkansas
He is also survived by one granddaughter, and one grandson, two brothers, Billy Wayne and wife, Donna Miller of Fort Smith, AR., James Lee Miller of Cedar Creek, AR. two step brothers, Larry Evans and wife Sharon of Parks, AR., LaRay Evans and wife Barbara of Lexington, MO., a half sister, Tammie Fisher, a half brother, William Otto Miller of Parks, AR.
Funeral service will be at Parks Baptist Church at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, November 6th, with Rev. Waymon Hunt officiating with interment in the Sanders Cemetery in Cedar Creek under the direction of the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home of Waldron, AR.
Pallbearers will be Bob Hollingshead, Michael Miller, Kenneth Stinson, Sr., Kenneth Stinson, Jr., Jeff Stinson, Travis Evans.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 1:00 - 9:00 P.M. at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
