John Wesley Jacobs, Sr. 60, of Waldron, Arkansas passed from this life Monday evening, November 30, 2009 at his home surrounded by his family.
John was born December 23, 1948 in Big Creek, Missouri to the late Albert and Olivia Jacobs. He was a retired sawmill worker.
He is survived by his wife Evelyn Jacobs of the home; ten children, Beverly Daniels, John Donald Jacobs, Mercedes Dawn Jacobs, Christa Lee Jacobs and Tyler Austin Jacobs all of the home; John, W. Jacobs, Jr. of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Charles Daniels of Springfield, Missouri, Nora Duncan of Springfield, Missouri, Joyce Fetters of Springfield, Missouri and Melvin Daniels of Rose Hill, Kansas. Several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many friends. We love and miss you loving dad and grandpa.
John?s family will hold a private memorial service at a later date. Arrangements and cremation are being entrusted to Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory in Waldron, AR.
