John Alec Ebarb Jr., 60, of Cedarville, Arkansas passed from this life Friday August 19, 2011 in a Fort Smith hospital.
John was born on August 2, 1951 in Zwolle, Louisiana to John Alec Ebarb and Mary Evelyn (Sepulvado) Gilliand. He was a delivery driver.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Gilliand, two daughters Jenette Ebarb of Shreveport, Louisiana and Jennifer Ebarb Lasseigne of Shreveport, Louisiana; two sons Justin Ebarb of Natchitoches, Louisiana, and Jonathan Ebarb of Zwolle, Louisiana; three sisters Mary, Margie, Charlotte, and two brothers Robert, and Dale. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, John Alec Ebarb.
John?s funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, August 21, 2011 at the Massard Missionary Baptist Church in Fort Smith with Rev. Phillip Pevehouse officiating. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, 23, 2011 at the Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Zwolle, Louisiana. Interment will follow in the St. Joseph Cemetery in Zwolle, Louisiana . Arrangements are being entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory in Waldron, Arkansas.
John?s pallbearers in Fort Smith, Arkansas will be Travis Watkins, Terry Watkins, Donnie Leonard, Michael Anderson, Zack Jordan, and LM Rammage.
