Janet Lynn Hunt of Parks, Arkansas went to be with her Lord and Savior, Sunday, April 30, 2017 in Fort Smith, Arkansas surrounded by her loving family. Janet was born, January 5, 1955 in Bartsow, California to A.L. Heaton and Melba Epperly Heaton. She was 62 years, 3 months and 30 days old.
Janet was a dedicated worker to Tyson Foods for many many years. She loved the people she worked with and had a great number of forever friends. When Janet wasn't working she enjoyed football, nascar racing, camping and spending time with her family and friends.
Janet leaves behind to cherish her memory, her loving husband, Kenneth of the home, two sons: Jeremy Hunt and Nathan Hunt and wife Amber all of Waldron, Arkansas. Grandma will forever be missed by her grandchildren: Marcis Hall, Coreana Hall, Jaylynn Hall and Micheal Hall of Little Rock, Arkansas and Hunter Copeland and Trent Copeland of Waldron, Arkansas. Janet is also survived by one brother, Larry Heaton of Bengal, Oklahoma, and two sisters: Janie Brown of Red Oak, Oklahoma and Kay Green of Wilburton, Oklahoma. Janet will be missed by all that knew her and the many whose lives she impacted including a host of nieces, nephews, friends, co-workers and loved ones dear to her heart.
Janet was preceded in death by her parents, A.L. and Melba Heaton, one daughter, Jenniefer Hall and one brother L.C. Heaton.
Janet's graveside life celebration will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 5, 2017 at the Hawkins Cemetery in Parks, Arkansas with Rev. Pat Ray Biggs officiating. Interment will follow. Arrangements are being entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas.
Janet's visitation will be Thursday, May 4, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Waldron, Arkansas.
