James Ervin Yandell, 65 of Waldron, Arkansas passed away Friday, May 29th, at Mercy Hospital of Scott County in Waldron.
James was born April 30, 1944 in Bryant, Arkansas the son of Ervin Yandell and Elsie (Harwell) Miller.
He was a charter member and Deacon of the Southside Baptist Church, retired custodian from the Waldron Public Schools.
James? funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m., Sunday, May 31 at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Larry Free officiating with interment in the Duncan Cemetery under the direction of the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas.
James is survived by his wife of 46 years Della of the home, one daughter, Alishia Cabe and husband Harrell of Waldron, Arkansas, two brothers, J. D. Yandell and wife, Myrna of Hot Springs, Arkansas, Charles Ray Yandell and wife, Connie of Woodlake, California, two granddaughters, Savanna Cabe of Waldron, Arkansas and Marci Cabe of Waldron, Arkansas
He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Etta Vaughn of Waldron, Arkansas; one brother-in-law, Chester Vaughn and wife Kathy of Greenwood, Arkansas, three nieces Tammy Scheuerman of Fresno, California, Kandi Williams of Greenwood, Arkansas, Chelsie Miller of Waldron, Arkansas; four nephews, Travis Yandell of Visalia, California, Chad Vaughn of Waldron, Arkansas, Jason Yandell of Benton, Arkansas, and Jared Williams of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
James was preceded in death by his parents, Ervin Yandell and Elsie (Harwell) Miller, his brother, C. J. Miller and nephew, Chris Miller.
Pallbearers will be Jason Yandell, Chad Vaughn, Rick Black, Bobby Helms, Jimmy Clyde Stinson and Billy Jack Maxwell.
James? visitation will be 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Saturday, and 8:00 a.m. to the funeral hour Sunday at the funeral home.
His family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Saturday at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home.
