James William Newman of Waldron, Arkansas passed from this life Friday, April 5, 2013 in Waldron, Arkansas. James was born June 25, 1950 to Bryant Richard Newman and Geraldine (Thompson) Newman in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. James was 62 years 9 month and 11 days old. James leaves behind to cherish his memory, one grandson Ryan Newman of the home, his mother Geraldine Newman of Wichita, Kansas, one daughter, Kathy Walters of Mansfield, Arkansas, one son, Jamie Newman of Waldron, Arkansas, two step-sons, Larry Mason of Van Buren, Arkansas and Bill Mason of Waldron, Arkansas, two sisters, Elaine Averette of Tuscaloosa, Alabama and Frances Farber of Wichita, Kansas, one brother, Toby Newman of Wichita, Kansas, four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. James is preceded in death by his father Bryant Newman. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 4, 2013 at Lower Centerpoint Cemetery in Hon, Arkansas. Arrangements and Cremation are being entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory in Waldron, Arkansas.
