James Efurd

James Lloyd Efurd of Mansfield, Arkansas passed from this life, Thursday, February 2, 2012 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. James was born April 28, 1943 to John Lloyd Efurd and Virginia Mary Clouse in Mansfield, Arkansas. James was 68 years, 9 months and 5 days old. James was most happy when he was with his kids and grandkids, he loved spending time with his grandkids, it was very important to him that his grandkids knew he loved them. James enjoyed working on his farm and working the cattle. James loved computers or just anything electronic. Then there was the trips West to pan for gold and going to the Grand Canyon. Whatever he was doing he was always listening to music, his old country music. James leaves behind to cherish his memory, a daughter, Julie Lane and husband Jason of Alma, Arkansas; a son, James Efurd of Alma, Arkansas, and five grandchildren. James is also survived by a sister, Linda Parish of Mansfield, Arkansas and a brother, Roy Efurd of Mansfield, Arkansas. James is preceded in death by a sister, Judy Crossno. James' Life celebration will be Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at 2:00 p.m . at the Calvary Chapel Pentecostal Church of God in Alma, Arkansas with Rev. James Mahaffey officiating. Interment will follow in the Buggy Hill Cemetery in Mansfield, Arkansas. Arrangements are being entrusted to Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory in Waldron, Arkansas. James? visitation will be Tuesday, February 7, 2012 from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Calvary Chapel Pentecostal Church of God in Alma. James? pallbearers will be Jason Lane, Ben Jones, John Jones and Michael Wade.
