Grover Lee Stacey, 74, of Waldron, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, October 14th, 2008 in a Waldron, Arkansas Hospital.
Grover was born in Ance Creek, MO. on July 28, 1934, the son of the late Frank and Gertie (Merrinan)Stacey.
He attended Waldron First Church of the Nazarene .
He was an owner / operator of his own trucking company.
Grover is survived by a daughter, Nanette Loyear of Portland, OR, three sons Grover Stacey, JR of Jacksonville, FL., Roy Stacey of Portland, OR., Kenneth Stacey of Portland, OR and a brother, Richard Stacey of OR..
He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Kay Frances Stacey.
Funeral Service will be at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 17th, with Rev. Marvin Fredrick officiating with cremation to follow under the direction of the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas.
Pallbearers will be Don Smith, Mike Jordan, Gerald Henley, Caleb Taylor and Joe Holleman.
Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Thursday, October 16, 2008 at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
