Garland Hitchcock, 63, of Waldron, Arkansas passed from this life Friday, September 10, 2010 at his home. Garland was born April 26, 1947, in Tulsa, Oklahoma to the Peter Garfield Hitchcock and Edna Vivian (Harvey) Hitchcock. Garland is survived by three sons, Rodney Hitchcock and wife Amy of Waldron, Arkansas, Lesley Curtis of Waldron, Arkansas, Donnie Curtis of Arkansas; two sisters, Bea Romacly of Huntington Beach, California, Glenda Stevens of California; two brothers, Danny Hitchcock of Waldron, Arkansas, Michael Hitchcock of Waldron, Arkansas; one grandchildren, Devin Curtis of Waldron, Arkansas. Garland?s funeral service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Monday, September 13, 2010 at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. A private interment will be in the Pilot Prairie Cemetery near Waldron. Arrangements are being entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory in Waldron, Arkansas. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday, September 13, 2010 at the funeral home. Garland?s family will receive friends 5:00 p.m. until the funeral Monday at the funeral home.
