Frank Hulbert Jr. went to be with his Lord and Savior Sunday September 21, 2014 in Bentonville, Arkansas. Frank was born September 13, 1966 in Biloxi, Mississippi to Frank Angus Hulbert and Brenda Ann (Flowers) Hulbert. Frank was 48 years, and 8 days old.
Frank graduated from Waldron High School and continued his education at West-Ark Community College. Frank served a tenture in the United States Army being stationed at Fort Bliss, Texas in the Army Stinger Missile Field. Later in life, Frank worked at Arkansas Highway Transportation Dept. and Tyson. Frank was an honorable and trust worthy friend to all. He was a loving brother and son.
Frank leaves behind to cherish his memory, his father Frank Angus Hulbert of Parks, Arkansas, one brother, Arthur Hulbert H. Hulbert and wife Janet of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma. Frank will be missed by three loving nieces:Hannah, Emma, and Kami. Frank will be missed by all that knew him and the many whose lives were impacted by him.
Frank is preceded in death by his mother, Brenda Ann (Flowers) Hulbert.
Frank's graveside life celebration will be Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Cedar Creek Cemetery in Cedar Creek Arkansas with interment to follow in the Cedar Creek Cemetery. Arrangements are being entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas.
Frank's visitation will be Tuesday, September 23, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas.
