Donald Swindle, 67, of Waldron, Arkansas passed from this life Monday, January 3, 2011 in a Waldron hospital.
Donald was born September 17, 1943 in Jonesboro, Arkansas to the late Griffin and Ellen (Dever) Swindle. He was a retired minister.
Donald is survived by his wife, Brenda Ann Swindle of the home; three daughters, Donna Ford of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Anna Aldridge of Monette, Missouri, Kelly Perez of Waldron, Arkansas; four sons, Virgil Swindle of Riner, Virginia, Samuel Swindle of Waldron, Timothy Swindle of Waldron, Arkansas, James Swindle of Waldron, Arkansas; and eleven grandchildren.
He is also survived by two sisters, Delsie King of Walnut Shade, Missouri, Elsie Keithley of Walnut Shade, Missouri; and one brother, Dan Swindle of Walnut Shade, Missouri.
He is preceded in death by one son, Marty Swindle; one brother Dale Swindle; and one grandchild, Elizabeth Swindle.
Donald?s funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 7, 2011 at the Gospel Lighthouse Church in Waldron with Pastor Leroy Bass, officiating. Cremation will follow the service. Arrangements are being entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory in Waldron, Arkansas.
Visitation will be held at the Gospel Light House Church, Friday, from 12:00 noon until the funeral service.
Pallbearers will be Samuel Swindle, Timothy Swindle, Codie Swindle, Cody Bozarth, James Bynum, and Ricardo Perez.
