David Jr Loubey

David Loubey Jr, 64, of Waldron, Arkansas passed from this life on Friday, May 5, 2023 at his niece Jolene Richard's home. David was born July 10, 1958 to Frank Edward and Lucy Lee (Nicholson) Loubey in Inglewood, California; where he lived most of his adult life before moving to Arkansas.

David loved fishing. He attended the Waldron Pentecostal Church of God and loved going. David was a kind and caring person. He enjoyed spending time with his family and the memories made will forever be treasured by each of them.

David leaves behind to cherish his memory his two sisters Linda Turley of Justin, Texas and Mary Ralston of Jefferson Oregon. David will be missed by all that knew him, including his 11 nieces and nephews.

David was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Lucy Loubey, his brother Frank Loubey and his sister Norma Lanning.

Funeral and cremation arrangements are being entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas.
