Dalton N. Low, Jr., 86, of Waldron, Arkansas passed from this life Sunday, August 29, 2010 in a Waldron hospital. Dalton was born February 12, 1924 to the late Dalton N. Low and Helen (Cabe) Low. He pastured Baptist churches in West Hartford, Winfield, Waldron, Iowa and California. He was a good ?Jack of many trades? including, horse trainer, rodeo participant, service station attendant operator, furniture maker/upholsterer, truck driver, crane operator and other heavy equipment operator. During his preaching, when the word ?LO? appeared in the scriptures, he felt it as speaking directly to him for special attention. He was well-loved and respected by many, loved the ministry to minister where ever he went. Dalton is survived by his wife of 65+ years Jackie (Fuller) Low of the home; one son, Gary and wife Yvonne Low, one grandson, Grayson Low all of Aurora, Colorado, adopted sons, Ron Barrett of California, Steve Rosengren of Canada, Michael Nelson of California; cousins, the Cabe and Sparks Families; in-laws, Stouts, Fullers and Harpers; many nieces/nephews/great nieces/ nephews and many long time friends, Eugene Jett and family, Wayne Holland and family, Rena McNeely, Marie McCord and Dorothy Davenport. Dalton?s memorial service will be held at the Temple Baptist Church, Tuesday, September 7, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Jack Smith, officiating. A private family interment service will be held at Birdsview Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements are being entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory in Waldron, Arkansas.
