Cyrus Henry Humphreys, Jr., 69, Cauthron, AR. passed away Thursday, February 12th, 2009 at his home in Cauthron, Arkansas .
He was the husband of Debra Ann (McCain) Humphreys.
Cyrus was born in Levelland, Texas on January 14, 1940, the son of the late Cyrus Henry and Clara Pearl (Staggs) Humphreys.
He served in the U.S. Army Air Force.
Cyrus is survived by his wife Debra of the home; a daughter, Shawnda Lister of Waldron, Arkansas; three sons Lee Humphreys of Levelland, Texas., Shane Humphreys, Matt Humphreys of Lubbock, Texas.
He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren, 3 Great-Grandchildren
Cyrus is also survived by three sisters, Betty Wingfield of Gurden, Arkansas, Mary Cockrell of Levelland, Texas., Delores Stevens of Clovis, New Mexico. three brothers, Billy Humphreys of Seattle, Washington., James Humphreys of Levelland, Texas., Carl Humphreys of Alma, Arkansas.
Cyrus?s memorial service will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 17th , at the Evening Shade Baptist Church with Rev. Charles Whedbee officiating. Mr. Humphreys was cremated under the direction of the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas.
