Charles Justice

Charles R. Justice, Sr., 66, of Waldron, Arkansas passed from this life Saturday, September 4, 2010 in a Fort Smith hospital. Charles was born February 9, 1944 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Charlie and Betty Jo Justice. He is survived by four daughters Tammy Manning, Beth Lane and husband Steven, Wynona Thompson and husband Eric, Christy Franklin and husband Josh; four sons Charles Justice, Jr. and wife Tracy, Jesse Justice and wife Pat, Allen Plowman and wife Tracy, Gary Justice and fiancée Fauntella; his parents Charlie and Lee Justice; one sister, Judith Himes and husband William; one brother, Larry Justice and wife Gaylene; twenty three grandchildren, Randi Morrison, Alan Matthews, Gabrielle Justice, Johnathan Bilent, Jessica Bilent, Chase Plowman, Eli Plowman, Ashlynn Justice, Bryce Passsmore, Jeffery Manning, Tiffany Manning, Anthony Manning, Joseph Manning, Christopher Nunez, Bethany Taff, Shawna Jett, Drake Williams, Brook Self, Michael Lane, Hannah Thompson, Laramie Thompson, Levi Franklin, Garrett Franklin; six great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Charles was preceded in death by his wife, Nila Justice; his mother, Betty Joe Harvey; and a grandson, Richard Shawn Manning, Jr.. Charles? funeral service will be held Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. at the Waldron Pentecostal Church of God with Rev. Rickey Hunt, officiating. Interment will be in the Duncan Cemetery in Waldron. Arrangements are being entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory in Waldron, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be Donny Shaddon, Danny Hitchcock, W. D. (Rabbit) Ray, Frank Shaddon, Alvin Carnahan, and Larry Dean Harvey. Honorary pallbearers will be David Harvey and James Harvey. Visitation for Charles will be held 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 7, 2010 at the funeral home.
