Brenda Ann Hulbert of Waldron, Arkansas went to be with her Lord and Savior, Friday, November 15, 2013 in Waldron, Arkansas. Brenda was born July 2, 1942 in San Antonio, Texas to William O. Flowers and Elenora Emma (Kalfus) Flowers. Brenda was 71 years, 4 months and 13 days old. Brenda was a member of Cedar Creek Community Church.
As a young girl, Brenda met the love of her life, Frank Angus Hulbert. In July of 1961 they exchanged vows in Waco, Texas. Together they have enjoyed 52 years. Brenda was a loving wife and mother. She was a homemaker and enjoyed caring for her family. Brenda was a graduate of Four-C Business College. She enjoyed being very active in community organizations. Brenda was a life time member of American Legion Auxiliary. She was Past Worthy Matron of Eastern Star and a Rainbow Girl. Brenda was an extra class Amateur Radio Operator N5SFS.
Brenda leaves behind to cherish her memory, her loving husband, Frank Angus Hulbert of the home, two sons: Frank A. Hulbert Jr. of Waldron, Arkansas and Arthur H. Hulbert and wife Janet of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma, and three much loved granddaughters: Hannah, Emma and Kami. Brenda will be missed by all that knew her and the many whose lives were impacted by her, including many friends and loved ones.
Brenda's life celebration will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday, November 18, 2013 graveside at Cedar Creek Cemetery, Arkansas, with Rev. Jason Frayer. Interment will follow in the Cedar Creek Cemetery in Cedar Creek, Arkansas. Arrangements are being entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas.
Brenda's visitation will be Sunday, November 17, 2013 from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas.
