Brenda Joy Hill of Waldron, Arkansas went to be with her Lord and Savior, Saturday, July 7, 2012 in Waldron, Arkansas. Brenda was born October 12, 1948 to Rueben Parker and Melba (Richmond) Parker in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Brenda was 63 years, 6 months and 25 days old. Brenda was a long time member of the Waldron Church of Christ in Waldron, Arkansas. In 1973 Brenda married the love of her life Jimmy Lee Hill. They had many wonderful years together. Jimmy preceded Brenda in death and now they are reunited in Heaven. Brenda was a retired Register Nurse after having been in the profession for 37 years. Brenda was a kind and warm person. She touched many lives and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Brenda leaves behind to cherish her memory, two aunts, Joyce Sehorn of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Ruth Self of Waldron, Arkansas, one uncle, Andy Richmond of North Little Rock, one nephew, David Sparks and wife Michelle of Waldron, Arkansas and one great niece Allie Sparks of Waldron, Arkansas. Brenda also leaves behind many friends and loved ones. Brenda is preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Lee Hill, and her parents, Rueben Parker & Melba (Richmond) Parker. Brenda?s life celebration will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at the Waldron Church of Christ in Waldron, Arkansas with Adam Evans and Andy Richmond officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery near Waldron, Arkansas. Arrangements are being entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory in Waldron, Arkansas. Brenda?s pallbearers will be Noral Stamps, Brad Stamps, Darvin Hutchens, Emmett Barnett, A.G. Morrison and David Sparks. Brenda?s visitation will be Tuesday, July 10, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas.
