Bobby Leo Payne, of Boles, Arkansas passed from this life, Tuesday, October 29, 2013 in Waldron, Arkansas. Bobby was born March 17, 1954 to Robert Lee Payne and Janice (Morgan) Payne in Mena, Arkansas . Bobby was 59 years, 7 months and 10 days old.
Bobby was a retired stone mason. His hobby was working on cars and other motorized equipment.
Bobby leaves behind to cherish his memory, his mother, Janice Rogers of Mena, Arkansas, one sister, Joyce Reed Hulsey and husband Mike of Mena, Arkansas and one nephew Donald Brown and wife Pam of Waldron, Arkansas and great niece Brandi and great nephew Keaton. Bobby will be missed by all that knew him and the many whose lives were impacted by him including a host of cousins, extended family, friends, and loved ones.
Bobby is preceded in death by his father and his step father, grandparents, Richard and Clara Morgan and uncle and aunt Buddy and Sondra Morgan.
Bobby's life celebration will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 2, 2013 at the Buffalo Cemetery with Rev. Pat Ray Biggs and Rev. Gary Jones, officiating. Interment will follow in the Buffalo Cemetery near Boles, Arkansas. Arrangements are being entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory in Waldron, Arkansas.
Bobby's pallbearers will be Joe Barker, HD Brown, Clay McConnell, William Self, David Tallmadge and James White. Honorary pallbearers will be Richard Cagle, Rick Hawthorne and Joe Bill Ward.
Bobby's visitation will be Friday, November 1, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the Heritage
Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Scott County Senior Citizens Center, or the library of your choice.
