Billie (Tootsie) Dean Ford of Waldron, Arkansas went to be with her Lord and Savior, Tuesday, June 28, 2016 in Waldron, Arkansas surrounded by her loving family. Billie was born November 17, 1949 to Wilber Fred Brown and Myrtel (Owens) Brown in Waldron, Arkansas. Billie was 66 years, 7 months and 11 days old. She was a long time member of Haw Creek Baptist Church in Waldron, Arkansas.
Billie loved to work in her yard. She took pride in her flowers. She enjoyed being outside.
Billie leaves behind to cherish her memory, her loving husband Bob Ford of the home, one son, James Morgan and wife Jaquita of Waldron, Arkansas, one daughter, Leona Teer and husband Larry of Springfield, Missouri. Grandma will forever remain in the hearts of three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Billie is also survived by two brothers, Joe Boy Brown and Bill Brown both of Waldron, Arkansas. Billie will be missed by all that knew her and the many whose lives she impacted, including a host of extended family, friends, neighbors and loved ones.
Billie was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Myrtle Brown and one brother, Tooter Brown

Billie's graveside life celebration will be at 9:00 a.m., Thursday, June 30, 2016 at the Duncan Cemetery in Waldron, Arkansas with Rev. Colin Slate officiating. Interment will follow. Arrangements are being entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas.
