Kylan Sawyer Long

Kylan Sawyer Long of Waldron, Arkansas passed from this life Monday, May 14, 2018 in Waldron, Arkansas surrounded by his loving family and friends. Kylan was 29 days old. He was born in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Kylan leaves behind to cherish his memory, his mother, Merissa Marie Long of Waldron, Arkansas, his siblings: Shelby L. Hancock, Payten E. Hancock, Rhyley W. Long, Liam C. Long and Adriel F. Long all of the home. Kylan will forever remain in the hearts of his family, grandparents, Shawnda and Taylor Gaines of Waldron, Arkansas, Robyn and Gary Baker of Hot Springs, Arkansas, John and Samantha Schlorff of Waldron, Arkansas, Teri and Katie Wright of West Fork, Arkansas, Donald Shackelford of Fayetteville, Arkansas. His is also survived by an extended family of aunts, uncles and great grandparents: Dallas Wright, Dalton Wright, Misti Shackelford, Stormie Shackelford, Jessica Schlorff, Connor Schlorff, Jeff and Donna Gaines, Ruth Hill, Norval Hancock, Betty Durst, Alice Long, and God mother Emily Howell.

Kylan is preceded in death by one brother, Alexander William Long, grandfather, Charles Long, grandmother, Cynthia Hancock, one great great grandfather, Vernon Hancock, and one great grandmother Mary Sexton (Dinny).

Kylan's life celebration will be Friday, May 18, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Waldron, Arkansas with Rev. Konnor McKay officiating. Interment will follow in the Hon Cemetery in Hon, Arkansas. Arrangements are being entrusted to Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas.

Kylan's pallbearers will be Dalton Wright, Dallas Wright, Connor Schlorff and Grant VanRavensway.
