Austin Hunt

Austin (Jack) Dewayne Hunt of Waldron, Arkansas passed from this life, Wednesday, October 28, 2015 in Y-City, Arkansas. Austin was born to Gary Dewayne Hunt and Lorene (Shores) Hale in Mena, Arkansas. Austin was 41 years, 10 months and 29 days old.

Austin was a loving son, dad, brother and friend to many. He loved to deer hunt and fish. But to those who knew him. Austin was a diehard Razorback fan and Steelers fan. He enjoyed spending time with his family.

Austin leaves behind to cherish his memory, two sons: Marshall Hunt and Chance Hunt of Waldron, Arkansas, his parents: Gary Hunt and wife Betty of Mansfield, Arkansas and Lorene Hale and husband Jamie of Waldron, Arkansas, and sisters: Nikita Hale of Waldron, Arkansas, Angela Martin of Waldron, Arkansas, Dena Huck of Paris, Arkansas, Betlina Brown of Van Buren, Arkansas and brothers: Jimmie Hale of Greenwood, Arkansas and Bruce Yandell of Greenwood, Arkansas. Austin will be missed by all that knew him and the many whose lives were impacted by him including a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and loved ones.

Austin's life celebration will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 2, 2015 at the Waldron Pentecostal Church of God with Rev. Ricky Hunt officiating. Interment will follow in the Friendship Cemetery near Waldron, Arkansas. Arrangements are being entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas.

Austin's pallbearers will be Jackie Moore, David Moore, Bruce Yandell, Daniel White, Randy Bossert and Sheldon McEntire. Honorary pallbearers will be Randy Shores, Matt Shores, Westley Shores and Floyd Brown.

Austin's visitation will be Sunday, November 1, 2015 from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home where Austin's family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 pm.
