Alliene (Graham) Harrod of Waldron, Arkansas passed from this life, Saturday, December 23, 2017 in Waldron, Arkansas surrounded by her loving family. Alliene was born February 22, 1939 in Jones Creek, Arkansas to Arvel Clinton Graham and Irene (Essman) Graham. Alliene was 78 years, 10 months and 1 day old.
Alliene enjoyed gardening and shopping. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She was married to the love of her life, George Harrod for 44 years before he went on to wait for her in Heaven.
Alliene leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving daughter, Carleva Jones, and husband David of Waldron, Arkansas. She also leaves one brother, J.D. Graham and wife Bobbie of Waldron, Arkansas. Alliene also leaves behind her cousins, Phyllis Suttles, Curtis Billings and wife Jean all of Waldron. Two nephews also remain: Chris Graham and wife Christie of Berryville, Arkansas, as well as Carlton Graham and wife Merdith of Waldron, Arkansas. Meeo will forever remain in the hearts of her beloved grandchildren, Ethan Jones and Alyssa Jones, of whom she was very proud, both residing in Waldron, Arkansas. Alliene will be missed by all that knew her.
Alliene was preceded in death by her loving husband of 44 years, George Harrod; her parents, Arvil and Irene Graham; one nephew, Clinton Ray Graham; two aunts, Lorene Watts and Katherine Billings; and one uncle, William Essman.
Alliene's life celebration will be at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas with Rev. Rickey Hunt and Rev. Konnor McKay officiating. Interment will follow in the Sehorn Cemetery near Waldron, Arkansas. Arrangements are being entrusted to the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas.
Alliene's pallbearers will be Chris Graham, Carlton Graham, Jamie Billings, Curtis Billings, Ethan Jones and David Jones. Honorary pallbearers will be Alyssa Jones and J.D. Graham.
Alliene's visitation will be Tuesday, December 26, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Heritage Memorial Funeral Home in Waldron, Arkansas.
